====== Summative Portfolio ======

The summative portfolio should contain:

  * An introductory document
      * Where you work
      * What is your job
      * What systems do you work on
      * What skills do you need/have/developed
      * What have you learnt during the apprenticeship
      * What are you now responsible for
      * Who have you worked with and how have they helped you
  * The files containing your evidence of competence (filenames should match the standards)
  * A completed template 5 form (//see the standard specific guidance for your apprenticeship //) signed by the apprentice, their line manager and the college
